EUROC have produced a free downloadable e-booklet to support consumers who are being targeted with unsolicited calls and scams.
The booklet gives advice on how to deal with unsolicited calls and how to identify scam companies.
EUROC announced the publication of their latest resource, “Being Aware of Timeshare Related Scams”. Following on from the instruction video they created to help people deal with unsolicited calls (which you can click to watch here), the comprehensive free booklet provides detailed guidance to help consumers identify fraudulent companies and effectively deal with unwanted contact from unscrupulous operators.
“One of the most frequent concerns we hear from EUROC resort members is the nuisance and stress caused by unwanted sales calls and scams targeting their members,” said Bill Johnston, Chairman of EUROC. “This e-booklet is our direct response to this critical issue. It aims to educate, empower, and guide consumers on how to protect themselves and where to seek help if they believe they’ve been scammed.”
