IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CLUB LAS CALAS 2024 AGM VENUE CHANGE

Dear Owners
Following the announcement of the General Election on 4th July 2024 we have been notified by the Harborough District Council that they have cancelled all bookings in the Chamber at the Symington Building from 28th May to 12th July due to the requirement for the room to be used by the Electoral Services Team at Harborough District Council.
Accordingly, we have had to source an alternative venue for the 2024 AGM. As you can imagine this has not been an easy task at such short notice.
We have not been able to source a suitable alternative venue in Market Harborough but have been able to secure a meeting room at the Holiday Inn in Corby, which is approx. 12 miles away from Market Harborough.

We appreciate that this is not ideal, but I am sure Owners will appreciate that this is something completely out of everyone’s control.
An updated Agenda will be sent to all owners by post, and a fully updated AGM Notice is available on the owners’ section of the website.
All other details of the AGM remain unchanged.
