As owners will see in the AGM minutes, from 2nd January 2024 there will be some changes to the location of reception at Monte Carvoeiro Resort and also to the reception opening hours.
Our reception office has moved to a more central position in Block A and occupies Billy McNichol’s old office which offers a step free entrance for those guests who require it.
The new reception’s opening hours are:
November to March: Mon-Sat 0900 – 1800.
April to October: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00,
Sat 09:00 – 20:00.
Sundays and Bank Holidays – 09:00-13:00.
Please note that for guests arriving outside of these hours, there are new arrangements and we are no longer able to call upon the assistance of a security guard to show you to your apartment. It will therefore be necessary for you to collect your key from the key safe located by the front door of your apartment. You will need a key code to access the key safe, so it is imperative that you contact Resort Solutions in advance of your arrival to obtain the code to the keysafe.
Guests must then go to Reception the next day to complete the check-in process with the passports of all the guests occupying the apartment.
